Managing Partner
Spencer Slaine is a seasoned executive, investor and entrepreneur. He is currently President of North America for Minesoft, LLC (see press release here). He was previously Director of Sales at Clarivate (NYSE: CLVT) and Vice President at CPA Global. Prior to that, Spencer was Head of Sales of North America for ipan/Delegate Group and was responsible for helping launch ipan in North America. Since 2016, Spencer has been a shareholder and executive involved in three private equity transactions totaling over twelve billion dollars.
In the last several
Spencer has invested in companies at various stages and across an array of sectors, with a focus on emerging consumer packaged goods brands.
This includes Varo Bank, Poppi, Loverboy, Better Booch, Allied Universal, Bubble, Proper Good, Goodles, Desolas Mezcal, Chubby Snacks and Mmmly. Spencer also has ownership stakes in multiple hospitality venues throughout NYC. He is also a member of The Angel Group, the premier community for early stage CPG brand investing.
Spencer has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Gettysburg College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. Spencer currently resides in Miami Beach with his wife Liz and their adopted rescue dog, Lady.
